In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 arcade racing apps on the iOS platform in Russia exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active user metrics. Here's a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

CarX Drift Racing 2 by CarX Technologies experienced a decline in both revenue and downloads over the quarter. Weekly revenue started at approximately $12.1K in late December and dropped to around $3.2K by the end of March. Downloads showed a similar downward trend, beginning at 14.2K and decreasing to 8.7K. Weekly active users saw a gradual decline from 56.5K to 46.7K.

Need for Speed No Limits from Electronic Arts had fluctuating metrics. Weekly revenue peaked at around $9K in mid-February, then fell to $2.6K by the end of March. Downloads varied, starting at 13.4K and ending at 11.1K. Active users increased from 28.8K to 31.2K over the quarter.

Asphalt Legends Unite by Gameloft saw a significant spike in downloads during the week of January 24, reaching 30.6K. However, weekly revenue declined from $6.7K at the start of the quarter to just $319 by mid-March. Active users also saw a sharp drop from 26K to 11.4K by the end of March.

Tuning Club Online managed by Two Headed Shark DMCC showed a steady decrease in revenue, starting at $1.7K and ending at $664. Downloads fluctuated but remained relatively low, peaking at 6.6K in early January and dropping to 2.7K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 13.6K and ending at 12.1K.

Lastly, Asphalt 8: Airborne also published by Gameloft, had a modest performance. Revenue declined from $1K to $137 over the quarter. Downloads started at 2.9K and dropped to under 1K by mid-March. Active users declined from 9K to 4K by the end of March.
